Hotel Accommodation
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Hotel, 5485 Twin Knolls Road, Columbia, MD (Shuttle service will be provided from this hotel to the Conference site). This hotel is approximately four miles from the conference site. Rooms at this hotel have either two full size beds or one King size bed. Accommodation at this hotel will be arranged upon receipt of registration form and the fees on a first come first serve basis. Room charges at the Hilton Hotel (including breakfast for two people and applicable taxes) will be $115 /night. If rooms are not available at the Hilton Hotel, reservations will be made in a nearby hotel.
Total accommodation charges: Number of rooms x number of nights x $115
Example: 0ne room for two nights will be 1 x 2 x $115 = $230
We can guarantee hotel accommodation only for those who mail the Registration Form and check by May 15, 2005.
Total payment due = Total registration Fees + Total accommodation charges

Attendees from IndiaThe conference organizers recognize the difficulties in obtaining foreign exchange from the Reserve Bank of India. To make it easier for the attendees from India, we have made arrangements with International Society for Tamil Cultural Studies, Madurai for accepting remittances towards registration and hotel accommodation charges in Indian Rupees. International Society for Tamil Cultural studies is a scholarly, non-political, non-profit professional society to cultivate interest in the Tamil literature, language, arts, religion and society.
The following charges shall be applicable to Indian attendees:
Advance registration (per Adult attendee) – Rs. 3,960
Advance Registration for child attendee – Rs.3,080
Hotel charges per night - Rs. 5,060
Please calculate the Total payment due in Rupees as indicated above and send payment by Demand Draft payable to “International Society for Tamil Cultural Studies” by April 15, 2005 and mail the Draft along with the duly completed Registration form to:
